Starting a pizzeria in Seattle has always been a dream for my brother and me, and we wanted to bring something unique to the city’s food scene. Desi Pizza Kitchen isn’t just another pizza place; it’ where the flavors of our heritage meet the comfort of our favorite food. Growing up surrounded by vibrant Indian spices and flavors, we thought – why not bring those bold tastes to pizza? And so, Desi Pizza Kitchen was born with the slogan, “Masala Meets Mozzarella”.

Our journey began with the Tandoor Chicken Pizza – marinated in our signature spices, paired with mozzarella, red onions, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. From the first bite, our customers were hooked on the unexpected flavors. Soon after, our Butter Chicken Pizza became a favorite, topped with marinated chicken, bell peppers, and a hint of cilantro.

Creating the atmosphere of Desi Pizza Kitchen was an adventure, too. We wanted the space to feel like a blend of cultures, filled with warm, intricate Indian patterns, and touches from our local neighborhood.
